Perspective & Experience
Over a decade of experience and personal involvement on hundreds of real estate transactions since 2006. The founder and president of A&G Capital Management, Dan Lello, started in the real estate business handling transactions for a small local title attorney in Northern KY. From there he went on to work with Kevin McGraw and Kevin Moeller, a successful pair of professional real estate investors based in Cincinnati, OH.
It was in 2011 when A&G Capital Management was born. Dan, through A&G Capital Management, took on a larger management role with Kevin Moeller's and Kevin McGraw's real estate firm Hilton Capital Group. In addition to that, A&G Capital has developed and maintained active management roles with a handful of other affiliated real estate investment funds, such as KM Capital Management and KM Bridge Fund.
It is our firm belief and core principle that business should be guided and conducted in a fair and balanced approach. We strive to create win win situations and outcomes in every decision made. In line with this core value is the commitment to maintaining strong relationships with our colleagues and also our investors. It is our goal to benefit all those we are able to connect with, and to engage with new people as we continually adapt and learn from each new experience.
Dan E. Lello - Founder and President
Dan E. Lello is a Cincinnati area native and University of Cincinnati alumni. He has countless hours of time dedicated to engaging in all aspects of the real estate industry. He has made a significant investment in human capital as well as relationship capital over the years. It is this investment that has created an extensive network of resources and connections. He maintains active relationships with industry professionals, including: Brokers/Realtors, legal professionals, tax professionals, accountants, banking and finance professionals, architects, engineers, and construction and contracting professionals. It is his passion and dedication to the industry as well as these extensive relationships that provide A&G Capital Management the foundations for success.
